報名與付款

1. 所有課程或服務須於指定期限內完成付款方可保留名額。

2. 付款完成後即視為報名確認，本公司將依據所選課程時間及地點提供服務。
   All course or service bookings must be paid in full within the specified deadline to secure a spot. Upon successful payment, your registration is considered confirmed.

免責聲明

1. 所有課程之內容、成果與應用效果因人而異，本公司不保證達成任何特定目的或收益。

2. 參與者應自行評估個人身心狀況是否適合參與課程。
   All courses and analysis outcomes may vary per individual. The company makes no warranty or guarantee as to specific results or benefits. Participants are responsible for ensuring their personal suitability for the program.

取消政策
【 取消或改期 注意事項 】 ※ 請於3天前告知
1. 三日內臨時預約改期或取消，將酌收 NT$1200 手續費。
2. 一周內取消預約或改期，將酌收NT$500 手續費。
3. 預約 / 開課「7天內」不接受退費。
4. 預約 / 開課「當日」 無故缺席，則視同放棄，不受理退費與改期。
5. 如遇不可抗之因素，四季色彩研究室 將聯絡退改事宜。
6. 四季色彩研究室 COLOR4 STUDIO 保留以上更改之權益。

【Cancellation or Rescheduling Notice】
※ Please inform us 3 days in advance.
1. For last-minute rescheduling or cancellations within 3 days, an administrative fee of NT$1200 will be charged.
2. For cancellations or rescheduling within 1 week, an administrative fee of NT$500 will be charged.
3. Reservations or courses scheduled within the 7-day period are non-refundable.
4. If you are absent without valid reason on the scheduled day, it will be considered a forfeiture, and no refunds or rescheduling will be entertained.
5. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the Four Seasons Color Research Studio will contact you regarding changes.
6. The Four Seasons Color Research Studio COLOR4 STUDIO reserves the right to make the above changes.

公司調整與不可抗力

1. 若因講師臨時變更、場地問題或天災等不可抗力因素導致課程延期，本公司將提供補課、改期或等值課程，不另行退費。

2. 本公司保留更換講師、課程內容或時間之權利。
   If a course is postponed or rescheduled due to instructor changes, venue issues, or force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), the company will arrange an alternative class or equivalent credit. No refunds will be issued for such adjustments.
    

線上課程與數位產品

1. 線上課程、影音教材或數位下載商品屬「一次性可取得內容」，付款後即無法退換。

2. 如因系統錯誤或付款問題未能成功取得，請於 3 日內聯繫客服協助處理。
   Online or digital products (such as video lessons or downloadable materials) are non-refundable once access is granted.
   For technical or payment errors, please contact customer service within 3 days for resolution.
    

適用法律

1. 本政策依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋與適用，如有爭議，以本公司所在地之法院為第一審管轄法院。
   This policy is governed by the laws of Taiwan. In case of dispute, the court located at the company’s registered address shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
